Our 3 Core Escrow Rules

Rule 01
Custody of Trust Funds

All transaction deposits are held securely in a dedicated, audited escrow trust account managed directly by CUP-TECH Limited. Funds are completely insulated from third-party operational claims.

Rule 02
Mutual Handover Verification

Funds are never disbursed prematurely. Release is triggered only when both the buyer/tenant and the seller/agent sign our Mutual Handover Release, confirming successful key and document delivery.

Rule 03
Independent Arbitration

If a dispute arises (e.g., misrepresentation or failed title validation), CUP-TECH's legal team acts as an independent arbiter, holding funds secure until the dispute is resolved or issuing refunds.
