- Listing & Inventory Data: Property titles, locations, descriptions, pricing structures, primary cover photos, and additional property gallery images (which vary dynamically based on your subscription tier, up to 21 photos per listing).
- Lead & Inquiry Data: Contact information and message text entered by public buyers looking to connect with listed owners or agents via the Contact Form.
- Transaction Records: Billing history, subscriptions purchased, and transaction references securely managed by our payment processor, Paystack. We do not store card numbers or raw bank credentials on our servers.

- To provision your personalized B2B store subdomains and host your digital listings.
- To enforce the 1-listing free trial and premium billing paywalls established on your portal.
- To conduct mandatory physical vetting and phone verifications to eliminate platform fraud.
- To transmit customer leads directly to your dashboard and facilitate instant WhatsApp communication.
- To deliver critical system notifications, billing renewals, and operational support.
4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Integrations
CUP-TECH Limited does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share information with third parties in the following specific circumstances:
- Payment Processing: Transaction details are processed securely through Paystack to manage subscription activations.
- Communication Channels: Phone numbers are integrated with WhatsApp APIs to let buyers contact sellers directly.
- Compliance & Safety: We may share or suspend accounts if required by Nigerian law enforcement agencies, courts, or regulatory authorities to mitigate fraud, money laundering, or illegal listings.
